This is one of the most amazing halls, every time I went into it, I found it more fascinating, magical and interesting. This picture was taken last month during the international cultural gala, in Manchester.
Picture taken on 20 Feburary, 2009.
This blog presents my selected pictures. Photography is my hobby and I am still learning it. I will posting my pictures here time to time, with some extra details.

Real multi-coloured flower
Believe it or not, these are real multi-coloured flowers; they are really very nice and feel good to see them. Just saw once on somewhere on flickr and later saw it with my own eye in a flower shop in Manchester.

National Monument: Islamabad, Pakistan
On my visit to Islamabad, I was so curious to take the picture of this place and I got it, when the lights were on!!
About the place: The National Monument in Islamabad, Pakistan is a national monument representing the four provinces and three territories of Pakistan. After a competition among many renowned architects, Arif Masood’s plan was selected for the final design. The blooming flower shape of the monument represents Pakistan's progress as a rapidly developing country. [Wikipedia] This place was opened for public on 23 March 2007.
For more close-ups of the place, click the picture and see the other pictures on flickr!!
This one is a flickr Explore, thanks everyone!

Photo sharing on Picasa
Following will help you to have pictures in original size, once I shared them online on Picasa.
How to download the picture directly from the Picasa, with out any fuss!
Download all photos:
Need to have Picasa software on you computer and click the link 'Download Album'. It will download the entire pictures at the maximum resolution that I uploaded. I find this option is sometimes not visible in Firefox, so better use internet explorer to get this.
Download individual photos:
Click on the individual photo you want to download and then two options.
1. One click on the small 'zoom in' icon and once you see the large resolution picture right click and save it.
2. Second there is a link called 'Download photo' click it and it will download the maximum resolution without the need to see the higher resolution on your computer.
Notes:
1. I usually delete folders after one week of sending email, informing about the online availability of the album, because I am running short of space at Picasa and have to share many picture on rolling basis. I assume, one week is a plenty of time to download the pictures!
2. Don't forget to check these special edition pictures of any event that comes outstanding, and resulted to post on flikcr and do comment on them, all you need is to login to Yahoo!.

A Garden Shade
The amazing city centre of Tenerife, Spain… Out standing gardens and un-matched architect… Simply mind blowing!
I post processes this picture with google picasa software and like the overall dreamy look of the image, the radially blur set for this image and looks awesome to me. Like my so many other pictures, this misses the clear blue sky,, which is very common in Tenerife at least, but unlucky to get with this one!
